About Me

Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don’t fight them. Just find a new way to stand.

It takes courage to begin to look for a new center of gravity; be proud of yourself for starting this process.

Seeking help is a sign of health, personal strength, and character. It can be the vital - and most difficult - step to help you be the best version of you. We are all capable of growth, and I would be honored to begin working with you to help bring about that change. It is my privilege to do this work.

I'm honored to help my clients on their journey of self-discovery and personal empowerment. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have been trained to look at things systemically - the relationships in our life, the connections, the influence, and impact of the various factors that make up our lives.

I believe vulnerability is the corner stone of courage. This work takes courage, and I am ready to meet you with my courage, intellect, and sensitivity to work from problem to solution.  I see perspective more broadly, and working with me will be thoughtful, deliberate and a soothing productive process. My professional strengths include providing a level of empathy, expertise, and flexibility that create positive results.

And together, we will work to become the you that’s possible.
